Where I Found Strength
For a long time strength looked like pushing harder, doing more. Holding everything together.
Until life changed in an instant and I became a widow.
Suddenly, strength wasn’t about performance, it was about -
Getting through the day. Showing up when I didn’t feel like I could. Rebuilding my life from the shattered pieces of my heart. Slowly, imperfectly, one brick at a time, one day at a time.
I found my Sisu.
Not in one big moment, but in the quiet ones. In the garage, in my journal, doing the work that no one sees.
The working out and the working in.
Now this is how I train.
For strength in your body, and strength for how you live your life.
This isn’t becoming a new you, it’s about remembering who you are and getting stronger from there.
